Viola Welang

Viola Welang has been an entrepreneur since the age of five. Through her many business ventures, education and career, she has experienced successes, lessons and above all a unique insight to the architecture of a small business. Her passion for small businesses success led to the creation of The Business Essentials in 2012 (formerly Aloiv Group). Her approach is to leverage and customize best practice solutions to fit the small business ecosystem. She has worked with businesses in a wide range of industries including IT, AV, retail, waste management, health care, garment manufacturing, non profit, government, energy and management consulting. Viola has a BSc in Accounting and MBA in Management; she is also a wife and mom of two.
